Vertifill Wool

Vertifill Wool is a new vertical fibre filling material for use in Mattresses and Upholstery. Vertifill is 70% Wool that is thermally bonded with a special Bi-component. Its unique properties give excellent resilience and recovery after compression.

The vertical structure of the fibre also helps to combat settlement problems often associated with some other types of filling materials. Copies of test results are available on request.

Rather than being "layered" as in normal Wool production i.e. :

Vertifill Wool is produced in a continuous vertical pattern, rather like a Concertina i.e. :

At least 70% of the materials used are natural products and Vertifill Wool is 100% recyclable.

Standard Thickness and weights:

• 2.5 Cm thick Vertifill Wool (approximately 500 Gm Mt ²) is available in rolls 26 Mt long x 2 Mt wide. Or available cut into pad sizes to suite your requirements.
• 5 Cm thick Vertifill Wool (approximately 1,000 Gm Mt ²) is available in rolls 13 Mt long x 2 Mt wide. Or available cut into pad sizes to suite your requirements.
