Motorcycle Collection and Delivery
InTransit is a small and friendly transport company, established in West Yorkshire in 1992. They have been involved in motorcycle racing, sprints and shows, and therefore the safe transportation of motorcycles, for the last twenty years.
The vehicles used for motorcycle and scooter deliveries are kept unmarked for security purposes. Each is fitted with a powerful alarm system and tracking device. All drivers can be contacted via mobile phone 24hrs a day. Your bike is fully insured whilst in InTransit's care through a specific motorcycle transit policy, not just a more general 'goods in transit' policy.
Each bike is handled with care by trained and experienced staff who will pad, blanket and secure your pride and joy, and transport it safely along with any spare parts, helmets or luggage that you wish to send with your bike. When the bike is collected you will receive a receipt, along with the phone numbers you need to track the bike's progress. As InTransit is a small company it will usually be possible for you to speak with the same contact at all times; they will be fully aware of your details and time schedule and will update you regularly as the journey progresses.
Depending upon how close the collection is to West Yorkshire, we try to collect and deliver in the same day using a dedicated vehicle, or to agree a delivery time prior to the collection.
In order to quote for a motorcycle collection and delivery InTransit will need the full addresses (including postcode) of where the bike is to be collected and delivered, and an access time for the collection (and delivery if this is also to be timed). Each quote is based on mileage and there are no hidden extras. Prices quoted will be exclusive of V.A.T.
