From paper-based resources such as orders of service, bulletins, newsletters, posters, flyers etc., to digital resources like audio recordings of church services, video clips and photo collections of important events, good communication is vital for ministry and mission today. Replicate specialises in the collation, reproduction and distribution of media resources, and can help your church or ministry utilise these technologies effeciently and economically.

COLLATION. We can take combinations of paper-based and/or digital resources and prepare them for reproduction: such as text documents to bulletins, newsletters, posters etc.; audio files (e.g. tape or MP3) to CDs in a variety of formats; photos and/or video clips to CD-ROM, VideoCD, or DVD with custom designed user interfaces for use on DVD players, computers etc.

REPRODUCTION. We can reproduce and duplicate any kind and any number of media types from paper-based materials to digital media (CD-ROM, VideoCD, DVD), with or without graphics. We can also offer the following:

Printed CD/DVD (for you to duplicate).

DISTRIBUTION. We can collate, reproduce and distribute your media resources for you. Simply send us your resources and a distribution list and we can do the rest, as one-offs or regular mailings.

EXAMPLES:
Your Church/Fellowship, wants to send out copies of a CD/DVD of your worship service to members of the congregation, or other people who might benefit from this ministry. As with most churches, a few extremely busy people do all the work, and do not have the time to copy CD/DVDs and send them out. Replicate can offer a complete fulfillment service. We agree a form of artwork and text with you. You send us the master CD/DVD by Tuesday (for example), with a distribution list for those you want to receive the media. We will print & duplicate the relevant number of CD/DVD's and put them in jiffy bags and post them out. This could be done on a cost per unit basis.

You have taken video footage of an open air baptism service and would like to send people DVD copies of the special occasion.

You are going to want some leaflets to promote an event. The cost of a colour laser printer is prohibitive. Send us the artwork and we will print and return the leaflets to you.

Does your Church want a vinyl banner for an event, then we can provide one for you.
